Digital Workshop – Student Research Group

The Department of Digital Humanities is pleased to announce that starting from March 7th, a student research group will be held on the first Thursday of every month for students interested in both the humanities and computer technologies. During these sessions, we will discuss a variety of digital issues related to cultural and social topics, media and network theory, and issues that influence our daily lives, such as environmentally conscious data use, how ChatGPT works and is structured, the impact of algorithms on information and culture consumption, the boundaries of digital literature, and the methods of digital signal processing.

Join us if
  • You are interested in how the world around us works.

  • You want to explore the nature of digital networks.

  • You are looking to use digital tools in your own research.

  • You want to develop your digital competencies.

  • You are considering preparing for the National Scientific Students’ Associations Conference (OTDK).

  • You are simply interested in the topic of the event and would like to discuss it with other students, instructors, and researchers.

The events are completely open, and we warmly welcome students from any field of study, both humanities and non-humanities. Our discussions are informal, but the projects we initiate are scientific in nature.

What we offer:
  • A variety of topics to explore.

  • A professional community to engage with.

  • Opportunities for personal development and growth.

If we’ve piqued your interest, join us for our first session on March 7th, where you can learn more and become part of the development of our Workshop!
